Returns:

  1. We accept returns for 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the garment is unused in it’s original condition along with all the hand tags and original packing as received.
  2. Kindly ensure that the packing is done properly to avoid any loss or damage during the return transit.
  3. Gift cards are non-returnable.
  4. Under certain situations, only partial refunds are applicable: any item which is damaged (not due to our company), any item missing, any item which is not in it’s original condition.
  5. Items on sale are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Refunds (if applicable):

  1. Upon receiving your return order inspection will be done and a notification will be sent to you by email informing the status of the return, whether approved or not.
  2. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your source of payment/ bank account within 7-10 days.

    Exchanges:

      1. The items will be exchanged if they are defective/ damaged/ size doesn’t fit.
      2. Exchange of item is subjected to the availability of size.

    Cancellation:

    1. If the order has not been shipped and you have cancelled the order then refund will be processed and the total amount will be refunded.
    If the order is shipped then we offer ‘No Questions Asked’ return policy. You can return the products within 30 days of receiving your shipment in its original packaging for a full refund. We hope you understand that we can process refunds only after the product is received in our warehouse in good condition and in the original shipping box.
